Free 14-Day Returns for Arrival Issues

If your product arrives broken, damaged, defective, non-working, or in a condition inconsistent with its description, please contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery.

For qualifying arrival issues, you can choose:

  • Free replacement: We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Full refund: We will refund the full purchase amount to your original payment method.

N4 Vision covers return shipping for qualifying arrival issues. No restocking or refund fees apply.

How to Request a Return

  1. Visit our Contact page.

  2. Provide your order number and delivery date.

  3. Briefly describe the issue.

  4. Specify whether you prefer a replacement or a full refund.

We will provide return instructions and arrange prepaid return shipping or another free return method for qualifying cases.

Photos may help us resolve an issue, but they are not required to qualify for this offer. Original packaging is not required for an item that arrived damaged or defective.

Please contact us before sending an item to obtain the correct return destination. This does not limit statutory cancellation rights or deadlines.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not voluntarily offer free return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

Where applicable law provides a right to withdraw from an online purchase, including the general 14-day withdrawal right for eligible EU purchases, that right remains available.

Customers are responsible for direct return shipping costs only where permitted by applicable law and properly disclosed before purchase.

Refund Processing

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless another legally permitted arrangement is agreed.

Refunds are processed without unnecessary delay and within applicable legal deadlines. Where required by law, eligible original standard delivery charges are refunded.

Your payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

Statutory Consumer Rights

Our voluntary 14-day arrival-issue policy does not limit your legal consumer rights.

Mandatory legal guarantees and remedies for faulty, defective, or misdescribed products may remain available after the voluntary 14-day period.
